This research investigates the relation between and development (R&D) expenditure industrial concentration in Indonesian manufacturing industry. Pooled least square dummy variable is applied to estimate two variables. uses firm-level data taken from survey of industry sourced Bureau Central Statistics. makes contributions calculating percentage R&D using recent freshly estimating finds that relatively low There also a declining trend period 1994–1995 2017. The higher increases expenditure. can be firms with market power.
